After one wash, I can see a difference in the color – not as orange or brassy. My hair doesn’t feel dry or brittle. I didn’t get blotchy blue patches, but I did comb the product through in the shower and let it sit a full 3 minutes. The product did not stain my hands, I was surprised at the shampoo; it was very jelly-like and light in color, but the conditioner was dark and thick. I look forward to what this product can do since I no longer want to dye my hair and I am embracing my grey.
