Description Description: Amex Extra White Water-based Texprint is ready to print opaque Waterbased Ink System, available in 250g samples, 1kg and 5kg tubs. Texprint inks are formaldehyde, PVC and heavy metal free and offer you everything you’d expect from a quality Italian ink. These inks are fully intermixable and are super opaque and perfect for printing onto dark and light garments. Manufacturer Translation (Italian): Texprint Bianco Extra 12 Features Highly opaque. Maximum of 1 per customer Printing To obtain best results use decent tension screens 34T/(80) to 90T/(230) both for manual printing and automatic presses. Additives Cold Cure Catalyst (for cold curing, or assisting wash resistance) Retarder (to slow down the drying of ink on the screen) Clear Base (to base colour back or soften colour for printing onto light shade garments) Clean up Please use Water or Franmar Aquawash or Multipurpose Ink Remover. Easisolv 701 is useful to clean up and remove stains. Curing Amex Texprint Water Based Inks are cured at 135-145°C ideally for 2-3 minutes. Printed garments need to be passed through a quality dryer and the ink film needs to reach the desired temperature and maintained for a fixed time, variables such as garment thickness and colour, ink deposit and operating climate will need to be taken into account when setting your oven parameters.
