How to Apply 1. Prepare the Frame Ensure the frame is clean, dry and free of grease or residue. Aluminium: lightly abrade and degrease. Wood: ensure the surface is smooth and dry. 2. Mixing Mix KIWOBOND 1100 PowerGrip with KIWODUR 1100 PowerGrip Hardener (sold separately). Stir thoroughly until fully uniform. Only prepare what you will use immediately—activated adhesive has a limited pot life. 3. Apply the Adhesive Brush a thin, even layer onto the bonding area of the frame. Lay the mesh into place while under tension. Optional: brush a small amount through the mesh along the frame edge for maximum bonding strength. 4. Dry & Cure Allow to dry until tack-free (approx. 5–10 minutes). Release from the stretching unit once set. Full chemical resistance develops after full curing (several hours). 5. Clean Up Clean brushes and tools immediately using suitable solvents. Additional Information Requires KIWODUR 1100 PowerGrip Hardener (sold separately). Brush-on application.
