Description The Suzuki Gregoire Maret Signature G48W Chromatic harmonica with walnut* wood cover plates has a mellow sound. When Suzuki embarked on making signature model harmonicas for Grgoire Maret, he stated “I want a Beautiful Dark Sound.” This was the seed that triggered the development of the Suzuki G48 and G48W chromatic harmonicas. Grgoire was constantly seeking this mysterious “Beautiful Dark Sound” throughout the development of the signature models. He proposed many ideas, including the materials to be used, the colours, the tolerance of the reeds and other intricate aspects of the harmonica.
